Mailo Subdivision Surveys Checklist

  1. Mutation form signed and stamped by a registered surveyor with comments from the Registrar of Titles.
  2. Folder cover from the Survey firm of the Registered Surveyor.
  3. Copy of Certificate of Title
  4. A recent cadastral map and topographical map clearly indicating the parent plot and the proposed plot subdivision with access.
  5. Job history signed by the field surveyor.
  6. Field notes
  7. Working diagram
  8. Traverse computations
  9. Area computations

Leasehold/ Public Land Surveys

  1. Consent letter from controlling Authority (ULC, BLB, KDLB)
  2. Request for Instruction to Survey from a registered surveyor
  3. A recent cadastral map and topographical map clearly indicating the proposed survey/ subdivision with access.
  4. Index Diagram clearly indicating the area of the plot and dimensions around it
