Kampala Capital City Authority seeks to recruit staff under the Arrears Recovery Project in the Directorate of Revenue Collection. Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant posts of Revenue Data Assistants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATION

1. Applicants should be Ugandans holding a minimum of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
3. Basic knowledge of legal processes and appreciation of compliance procedures.
4. Good report writing and record- keeping skills.

DUTIES: -

1. Serve demand notices, reminders and other official correspondence, to property owners, companies and institutions.
2. Obtain signed acknowledgements of receipt and maintain accurate records of delivery
3. Validate and update taxpayer data, including phone numbers, emails, and occupancy/ownership details
4. Record GPS coordinates and property status where applicable.
5. Conduct reminder cycles (follow-up visits, calls, and messages) and log outcomes using standardized templates.
6. Prepare complete documentation files to support escalation of non-complaint cases
7. Submit timely weekly reports and flag exceptional cases requiring management attention.
