KCCA Web portal Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the web portal that is accessed on www.kcca.go.ug.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the portal is subject to this Agreement, as well as this Site's Privacy Statement. By using the portal, you agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement and the portal’s privacy statement just as if you had signed them. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement and the portal’s privacy statement, you must discontinue your use of the portal.
2. Using KCCA Web portal
The web portal is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website. We may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice, and therefore they should be regularly checked. The continued use of the portal after a change has been made is your acceptance of the change.

KCCA shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users. We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal data.

- KCCA shall not disclose personal information from Users unless the User consents thereto.
- KCCA shall disclose information without the User’s consent only through due legal process.

- KCCA owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical information collected and compiled by KCCA.

While we have endeavored to create a secure web portal, we are not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the portal and the Internet. 9. Legal costs
KCCA shall not be liable for costs incurred by users to obtain professional advice relating to these terms and conditions.
10. Additional Terms
Certain sections or pages on this web portal may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions will govern for those sections or pages.
11. Other Provisions
This Agreement has been made under and will be construed and enforced in accordance with the republic of Uganda's laws, without referring to its choice of law rules. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site, provided, however, that you will also be subject to any additional terms and conditions posted on the Site and to which you manifest your consent by continued use of the Site.
