In order to ensure effective supervision, it was proposed that the office of the Deputy Executive Director supervise the Directorate of education and social services, Gender and Community development, Public health and environment, Directorate Physical Planning and Directorate of Engineering and Technical Services. The office also supervises the following departments; Information and Communication Technology, Public and Corporate Affairs, Procurement and Disposal Unit & Research and Strategy Management.
