- Capital City Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the above items on framework contract basis.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.
- You may obtain further information from Kampala Capital City Authority and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8 (a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday except on public holiday.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below in No 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ushs 200,000/- (Uganda Shillings, Two Hundred Thousand only) Bidders will only be issued Bidding Documents upon presentation of an original receipt of payment. The documents should be physically collected from the address in 8(a) below.
- A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 17th June 2021 at 10:00am.
- Bids must be delivered and registered to the address in No.8 (a) at or before 11:00am, on 7th July 2021. All bids must be accompanied with a bid security as indicated in the bid data sheet (ITB 21.1), in form of a Bank Guarantee from any recognized commercial bank in Uganda for any lot applied for. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below in No 8(b) at 11:30am on 7th July 2021.
