KCCA Executive Director

Jennifer Semakula Musisi, is the Executive Director of the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). In this role, she is charged with all executive functions of managing Kampala City. Her appointment comes under the KCCA Act of 2010 which changed the management structure of the Authority to establish the office of the Executive Director who is accountable for the management of the Authority.

Kampala Lord Mayor

Erias Lukwago is the current Lord Mayor and political head of the Kampala Capital City Authority. He presides over all meetings of the Authority, performs ceremonial and civic functions, he also hosts foreign and local dignitaries, heads the Authority in developing strategies and programmes for the development of the Authority, monitors the administration of the Authority, provides guidance to the division administrations; and represent the Authority on the Metropolitan Authority.
